I guess that I fit into the description of the basic nerd. Started out with programming sprites on my C-64 just to move on to basic on Amiga.
Now many years later I've gathered some fifteen years of professional use of Java in various companies.

I get paid for a hobby, the only difference is that at work someone tries to control what I code...:)

On the darker side I'm a huge fan of heavy metal and as such I'm under constant influence of the heavier side of the musical scale.
